OLD HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR

For one of our last projects before graduation from the IED (Isituto Europeo di Design) fashion program we are collaborating with the Italian Lingerie brand La Perla.  Each student is asked to make a five series collection of either lingerie or beach wear for summer 2015. I chose to design lingerie and the inspiration behind my project is the Golden Age of Hollywood Cinema. The collection embraces the  body conscious shapes of the classic draped silk dresses that actresses like Marlene Dietrich and Elizabeth Taylor used to wear in the big screen. Colors like purples and violets give a sexy atmosphere while salmons and mints make a delicate cool. Is romantic collection with
